Video Content Quality Reviewer

You will be joining our video production team as a Video Content Quality Reviewer. Your role will involve reviewing and approving videos to ensure they meet editorial, technical, and creative requirements before being published on digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve videos to ensure they align with the template, style, and have proper background music and voiceovers. - Cross-check scripts and grammar, pronunciation, and English language consistency across visuals and audio. - Assess technical quality including resolution, color grading, transitions, audio levels, and synchronization. - Identify and guide corrections for issues such as poor framing, sound inconsistencies, or graphical errors. - Ensure videos comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines, including copyright laws. - Collaborate with video producers and editors to provide constructive feedback and maintain quality checklists. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, or related field preferred. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in video editing, production, or quality assurance within a media organization. - In-depth understanding of journalistic principles, proficiency with video editing software, and familiarity with AI-based tools. - Strong analytical and reporting skills, knowledge of broadcasting and digital video requirements, and competencies in attention to detail, communication, and working under tight deadlines.,
