About the job: Position - Video Content Creator - Life In A Startup (YouTube Series) Location: Mumbai (On-site) Employment Type: Part-time, 3-4 months Experience: 2-4 years Key responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize and storyboard short-form and episodic YouTube content for Life In A Startup 2. Plan and execute shoots - be a fly on the wall or the director in charge, depending on the moment 3. Capture high-quality video and audio in a fast-paced, office/studio environment 4. Edit episodes with a sharp eye for timing, storytelling, and humour 5. Maintain a consistent visual and tonal style across episodes 6. Work with internal stakeholders to build story arcs and highlight key themes (team culture, creative chaos, behind-the-scenes of campaigns, etc.) 7. Manage post-production timelines, deliverables, and publishing schedules 8. Keep up with YouTube and social content trends to evolve the format as needed Requirements:- 1. 2-4 years of experience in video production (especially digital/YouTube content) 2. Proficiency in camera operations (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting, and audio. Understanding of editing with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus) 3. A strong sense of humour, storytelling, and timing 4. Ability to work independently and improvise in a live office environment 5. Familiarity with startups or interest in startup culture is a major plus 6.
