We have built disruptive AI SaaS products, now we need someone who can tell the world about it, one viral video at a time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create high-performing video content

  (Reels, Stories, Shorts, Posts) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and other key platforms. Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form AI-led videos (Reels, LinkedIn clips, carousels).

• Know how to make B2B content fun, human, and binge-worthy.

• Build and scale social content pages from the ground up—growing from 0 to 100K+ followers
  organically through strategic content, without relying on paid ads.
• Experiment with AI tools (like Synthesia, Runway, ChatGPT) to create content faster and
  better.
• Own the

  growth of LinkedIn pages or instagram

  , creating content that drives impressions, shares, and follower growth.
• Stay on top of

  trending formats, viral audios, and social media behavior

  to maximize video reach and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align video content with brand campaigns and
  messaging.
• Use performance data and insights to

  iterate quickly

  , test new formats, and double down on what works.

Skills:

• Proven experience in

  building and scaling social accounts from scratch

  (0–1 growth mindset is a must).
• A strong portfolio of

  short-form video content

  with real engagement/growth metrics.
• Experience creating

  advertising videos

  for consumer-facing platforms (TrueFan experience a strong plus).
• Deep knowledge of platform-specific best practices for

  Instagram Reels, Facebook video,

  and LinkedIn content

  .
• Understanding of viral psychology and storytelling that resonates with online audiences.
• Hands-on skills in editing software (e.g., Adobe C suite, Canva, Figma).
  A creative, data-driven approach to social content and growth.
