Video and Reels Creator

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and highly skilled Video and Social Media Reels Creator to craft engaging, high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as LinkedIn Reels, Community Videos ,YouTube Shorts. This role requires strong storytelling skills, a deep understanding of social trends, and the technical ability to shoot and edit compelling content that drives engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original, engaging short-form videos and reels tailored to specific social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and brand teams to brainstorm and execute video concepts.
• Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos, using professional editing software.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video, social media, and pop culture.
• Repurpose long-form video content into bite-sized, shareable clips.
• Optimize video content for performance (aspect ratio, captions, thumbnails, etc.).
• Maintain brand voice and visual style across all content.
• Manage posting schedules and assist with basic social media management, if needed.
• Track analytics to understand what’s working and iterate on content strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating content for platforms like LinkedIn Reels, Community Videos ,YouTube Shorts.
• Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Understanding of current social media algorithms and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and creative ideation skills.
• Comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in video creation or content production (full-time or freelance).
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing your short-form video work is required.

Working Conditions:Full-Time:

• Monday to Friday (10 AM – 7 PM or flexible hours)
• Udaipur office
• Fixed salary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
