Excellent stay at the hotel..Hotel Manager Mr. Satyajit Pramanik exhibit good behaviour and helpful in ensuring pleasent stay. Food was excellent and all services provided was upto mark. Love to stay again!!!

The rooms and bathroom amenities were not clean . The flush was bothersome, weak. We felt claustrophobic in the rooms. The only good thing about the hotel is the location.

My guests had a pleasant experience at the hotel. Mr Satyajit Pramanik at front desk is extremely polite and ensured a hassle free experience for the guests by providing early check-in. Will highly recommend.

Had a peaceful stay. Staff behaviour was courteous. Uncle who's the head of catering I think was the most hospitable person. He served us breakfast with so much love and respect like his own kids. Felt at home and kitchen services were open for quite late hours so in totality it was a pleasant experience.

Very nice and clean 3 star hotel. Location is great and near to major restaurants and shopping centers. Staff are very friendly and eager to oblige. Rooms are good size but no desk furniture for working business travelers. Internet connection is sometimes unstable. Restaurant is good but little bit on the expensive side.
