We are looking for a skilled Vice President UI Lead to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have experience with UI technologies like React 18, React Native 0.73, Angular, Application servers (Tomcat), AWS Cloud Technologies, Gradle, and Git.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and improve software using various engineering methodologies.
Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements.
Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to the organization's technology communities.
Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Job Requirements

Experience with UI technologies such as React 18, React Native 0.73, and Angular.
Strong understanding of Application servers (Tomcat) and AWS Cloud Technologies.
Proficiency in Gradle and Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead complex projects.
Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team members.
Core Java (Java 8 and 21).
Container Technologies Docker, Kubernetes.
Python scripting.
