Job Description

As a Vice President, Human Resource Outsourcing at Genpact, your role involves optimizing HR Shared Services operations with an automation and agile deployment approach. You will be responsible for advancing HRSS to achieve service and financial expectations. Leading the HRSS team, ensuring adherence to service levels, and working closely with the quality team for process improvements are key responsibilities. You will review process performance regularly, report performance dashboards, and drive governance with retained HRSS leader and core HR teams. Change management implementation and support, handling complex cases, communication with retained teams, transaction processing, and query management during high volumes are part of your duties. Additionally, you will support backup planning, work distribution, proactive team management, coaching, quality initiatives, and addressing performance/process issues. Qualifications we seek in you: - Experience in leading complex, matrixed operations teams and strong customer stakeholder management. - Deep understanding of quality and compliance with local Laws and regulations is a must requirement.
