Job Description

Master s degree in computer science and/or engineering
Experienced in enterprise software development: 7 - 9 years of hands-on Core Java experience
In-depth understanding of Java internals, memory and performance optimization and tools
Quantitative developer with practical experience working with numerical computer methods
Prior experience working in investment management industry
Ready to lead Work experience where you were responsible for or owner of an application, project or component Willingness and ability to provide tutoring and mentorship to less experienced team members

You are familiar with

Java, Python and SQL
Basic knowledge of calculus and linear algebra
Investment management business domain

Nice to know

Java and Python math modelling libraries
Messaging systems like MQ or Kafka
Google Protocol Buffers
Unix systems (Red Hat, Ubuntu)
Profiling tools (VisualVM, JProfiler)
Experience with optimization engines, risk models, or portfolio construction workflows
