Vice President Brand, Experiences & Platforms

You will be joining a strategic studio within Zensciences, dedicated to shaping the future of brands, video, and digital experiences. With 15-20+ years of experience in branding, design leadership, experience strategy, and platform innovation, you will lead as the VP of Brand, Experiences & Platforms. Your role involves defining the long-term creative and growth strategy for the studio, championing bold design ideas, and translating brand strategy into immersive storytelling. You will also be responsible for leading brand definition, identity creation, and system design, as well as driving UX/UI and platform development for websites, apps, and digital solutions. As the VP, you will own the P&L for the unit, drive revenue expansion through new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships for major brand transformation engagements. Your leadership will extend to team building, fostering a culture of creative excellence, and collaborating cross-functionally with various units. Additionally, you will act as an executive sponsor to C-suite clients, represent the studio at industry forums, and lead thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in brand strategy, design leadership, and platform innovation, preferably in an agency or consulting background. Deep expertise in design systems, UX/UI, creative technologies such as AR/VR, spatial design, video, and metaverse is crucial. A proven track record of scaling brand experiences for global clients, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong commercial acumen are essential qualities for this role.
