Your focus will be on ensuring scalability and optimal performance. As a Generative AI/ML Specialist operating within the AWM Risk Management sector, you will play a critical role as a key member of an agile team dedicated to crafting and implementing cutting-edge generative AI and machine learning solutions. Your duties will revolve around offering strategic guidance in crafting and executing innovative generative AI/ML models and algorithms that drive business transformation and enhance decision-making processes. Your task will involve designing adaptable and scalable solutions that retain robustness at their core while being flexible enough to adapt to evolving business demands. Serving as a pivotal technical and strategic contributor, you will collaborate across various business functions to embed AI/ML capabilities that resonate with the firm's objectives. Furthermore, you will engage closely with leadership to provide insightful leadership, formulate strategic roadmaps, and assess emerging AI/ML technologies, necessitating a blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight. **Job Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML solutions to address diverse business needs, ensuring scalability and performance. Enhance state-of-the-art Gen-AI models to support use cases like Document Q&A, Information Retrieval/Summarization, and Search. - Collaborate closely with leadership to establish the technical vision and execute strategic roadmaps, translating business requirements into actionable AI/ML specifications. - Lead AI/ML projects throughout the ML development lifecycle. Utilize agile methodology, define crucial milestones, and guarantee timely delivery. - Stay abreast of data science and machine learning advancements by collaborating with the internal AI/ML community to introduce innovative solutions to the AWM Risk organization. - Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, and devise training initiatives to boost AI/ML awareness and adoption within the team. - Develop and manage efficient data pipelines and workflows, ensuring data quality and integrity through meticulous cleaning, preprocessing, and validation. - Conduct exploratory data analysis to unveil trends and insights, perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support data-driven decision-making. - Present findings through clear and impactful visualizations and reports, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization. **Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:** - Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning, accompanied by 7+ years of experience. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with expertise in SQL and relational databases. - In-depth knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical analysis and modeling techniques. - Strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, inspiring and leading teams comprising both technical and non-technical members. **Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:** - Proficiency with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and generative AI. - Sound background in natural language processing (NLP), deep learning methods, and experience in implementing ML solutions for insights, pattern detection, and forecasting. - Experience with Graph Databases, Large Graph Models (LGM), and GraphRAG applications.,
