Job Description

Role Overview: As a Vial Filling Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery used to fill vials with liquids or powders in the pharmaceutical industry. Your duties will include setting up, adjusting, and maintaining filling machines, monitoring the filling process, and conducting quality control checks to maintain product integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor vial filling machines, making necessary adjustments for different product formulations and container sizes. - Monitor the filling process closely to ensure accurate fill volumes, prevent overfilling or underfilling, and maintain proper machine settings. - Conduct visual inspections of filled vials, perform defect checks, and carry out in-process quality assessments following established procedures. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor equipment repairs. Coordinate with maintenance personnel for more complex issues. Qualifications Required: - BSc or Pharma qualification. - 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Note: This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule involves day and morning shifts, and the job location is on-site.,
