Role Overview:

The VFX Faculty will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students through the technical and creative aspects of Visual Effects production. The ideal candidate should have both strong artistic sense and hands-on experience with industry-standard software and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions on Compositing, Motion Graphics, Rotoscoping, Tracking, Matte Painting, and 3D VFX.
• Train students on software such as Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Mocha, Silhouette, Fusion, and Maya/3ds Max.
• Create and evaluate assignments, project work, and portfolio development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in the VFX industry.
• Conduct workshops, portfolio reviews, and mentoring sessions for students.
• Collaborate with the Academic Head to design and upgrade course content.
• Maintain classroom discipline, attendance, and ensure an inspiring learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in VFX, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional or teaching experience in Visual Effects.
• Proficiency in Compositing, Tracking, Keying, Roto, and Cleanup techniques.
• Hands-on knowledge of After Effects, Nuke, and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A creative mindset with patience and passion for teaching.
