Veterinary Technician

Job Summary:

Crown Veterinary Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to assist veterinarians in providing high-quality medical care to animals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal healthcare, excellent technical skills, and a passion for improving animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed.
• Collect and process blood, urine, and tissue samples for laboratory testing.
• Perform diagnostic imaging, including X-rays and ultrasounds.
• Monitor anesthesia and assist in surgical procedures.
• Provide emergency first aid and critical care support.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient histories.
• Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, nutrition, and general animal health.
• Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment and clinic areas.
• Adhere to veterinary regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology or a related field.
• Certification as a Veterinary Technician (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic, hospital, or animal care facility.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing, medical imaging, and surgical assistance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
• Knowledge of veterinary software and record-keeping systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
