Front Desk Associate – Veterinary Clinic

Paw Mates is a modern veterinary clinic in Bangalore focused on providing a calm, friendly, and homely experience for pets and their parents.

Locations: Horamavu | BTM Layout | Jayanagar

Job Responsibilities

• Attend calls and customer messages
• Book and manage appointments
• Welcome pets and pet parents warmly
• Handle billing and payments
• Promote Paw Mates packages and pet products
• Maintain front desk and retail area
• Manage stock and coordinate with housekeeping
• Open and close the clinic as per procedures

Requirements

• English & Kannada communication required
• Friendly personality and love for pets
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Billing ERP / POS systems
• Willingness to learn and work in shifts

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Freshers welcome)
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month
• Shifts: Day / Rotational
• Work Location: In person
