Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and markets. • Contact potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to generate new business opportunities and build a good sales funnel. • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. • Collaborate with other inside sales team members to ensure consistent delivery of leads and achievement of targets. • Continual testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximize usage and uptake. • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships. • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. • Handing over the qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale. • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database. • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets. • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and services.
