We bridge the gap between education and industry by delivering hands-on, innovative learning experiences. Job Role & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential students/parents to inform them about courses and programs. Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about Vertx Academy’s offerings. Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, learning kits, and career opportunities in robotics and AI. Follow up with leads and maintain a database of student inquiries. Achieve admission/enrollment targets through effective communication and counselling. Coordinate with trainers and the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of students. Maintain professional relationships with students and parents, ensuring a positive brand experience. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification in any discipline. Prior experience in telecalling, academic counselling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus). Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (basic level). Goal-oriented, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset. Key Competencies Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills. Confidence in handling objections and converting leads into admissions. Passion for education, technology, and student development. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
