Job Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students/parents to inform them about courses and programs.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about Vertx Academy’s offerings.
• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, learning kits, and career opportunities in robotics and AI.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of student inquiries.
• Achieve admission/enrollment targets through effective communication and counselling.
• Coordinate with trainers and the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
• Maintain professional relationships with students and parents, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Prior experience in telecalling, academic counselling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (basic level).
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
