Vertical Turning Lathe Operator

You are a dedicated and detail-oriented VTL Operator who will be joining the production team at our company located in Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. Your main responsibility will be operating Vertical Turning Lathe machines to produce high-precision components according to technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Operate Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines based on job requirements. - Read and comprehend engineering drawings and measurements. - Accurately set up and align workpieces on the machine. - Perform turning, facing, grooving, and boring operations. - Inspect components using measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, etc. - Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure adherence to safe working practices. Qualifications Required: - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Turner, or related trades. - Freshers with basic lathe/machining knowledge are encouraged to apply. - Candidates with previous experience in VTL or turning will have an added advantage. - Must demonstrate eagerness to learn and develop in a manufacturing environment. You will be working full-time in a permanent position as a VTL Operator at our company. The work location will be in person.,
