Vertical Head Projects

As an experienced professional in AML Projects with a minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the AML Project IT team. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the AML Project IT team to identify suitable business scenarios for AML, assessing transaction behaviors, and verifying the effectiveness of current models. - Identifying data requirements, extracting relevant datasets from various sources, and mapping data as per project requirements. - Analyzing and interpreting large datasets from diverse sources. - Consolidating and synthesizing data into actionable visualizations that provide valuable insights. - Defining Dashboards, Workflows, and Reports based on business requirements. - Designing and executing comprehensive scenarios to deliver valuable insights to the project manager and develop procedures to evaluate the efficiency of financial crime detection measures. - Coordinating closely with colleagues across teams to manage project delivery. - Assisting in managing the UAT process, including executing Test plans. - Developing Project initiation documents and examining operational and system processes along with business requirements. Additionally, you should possess the following key requirements: - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. - Collaborate with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development calls. - Strong commitment to ensuring timely completion of projects. - Comprehensive understanding of AML/KYC/Fraud and Financial Crime terminology. - Expertise and experience in implementation of AML transaction monitoring systems, customer segmentation and risk scoring, tuning and optimizing AML/KYC scenarios, reporting and optimizing AML processes. - Proficiency in compliance analytics, metrics, dashboards, and reporting. - Previous experience with a widely-used AML solution is essential. - Exposure to AML within Retail/Institutional Clients/Investment Banking, familiarity with related products, or possession of CAMS certification is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally. - Flexibility in working hours and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.,
