Key Responsibilities Facilitate inspection of equipment and systems as per approved drawings, ITP/QAP. Ensure timely expediting of vendor deliverables and resolve bottlenecks. Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies (TPI), vendors, and clients for inspection activities and documentation. Monitor vendor manufacturing schedules and highlight deviations. Prepare and review ITP/QAP documents. Review inspection reports, MTCs, and certificates for compliance. Follow up with internal teams and clients for necessary approvals. Review IRNs (Inspection Release Notes). Conduct vendor site visits as required. Coordinate with vendor, TPI, and client to resolve issues and ensure smooth progress. Prepare and maintain overall project reports and order-level status reports. Facilitate dispatch clearance and ensure proper closure of orders. Follow up with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery. Requirements Mechanical Engineering graduate (B.E. / B.Tech) 1015 years of experience in expediting, inspection, or project management in an Oil and gas, metals and mining, heavy engineering industry preferred In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering drawings, inspection procedures, vendor management, and project monitoring. Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of ERP systems . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
