Venue Sales Manager- Gurgaon

You will be joining VenueMonk's Sales Development Team in Gurgaon as a full-time member with 1-2 years of experience. Your primary role will be as a Venue Expert, where you will contribute to keeping the most important customers satisfied and advancing VenueMonk to new heights. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss wedding packages, desired wedding type, and budget. - Discuss wedding details with clients, including venue options, entertainment, catering, and decoration preferences. - Schedule meetings with clients to visit appropriate wedding venues and meet with vendors like florists, photographers, caterers, bakers, and invitation designers. - Ensure timely printing of wedding invitations, programs, place cards, and rehearsal dinner invitations. - Arrange transportation of necessary wedding supplies and equipment to the venue promptly. - Pack and secure clients" wedding gifts and personal belongings in a designated vehicle or storage room. - Monitor all wedding-day activities to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of relevant experience. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in English and Hindi. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). - Willingness to work 6 days a week with a provided off day between Monday to Wednesday. - Event planning experience is advantageous. - Ability to take ownership and achieve targets under pressure.
