Venue PR & Guest Engagement Executive

This is not your typical content job. You will be working with two of the city's most vibrant hospitality venues, places that people love, party at, and return to. As their on-ground face, you will help shape how they are seen and remembered across social media, not from behind a screen, but from the heart of the action. This role blends real-time guest engagement, content creation, and the kind of energy that turns a night out into a trending moment. You will be present on the floor during key hours, especially evenings & weekends, interacting with guests and guiding them to tag the venue on Stories/Reels. Your responsibilities will include capturing daily raw content such as food plating, cocktails, DJ nights, crowd vibe, and soft ambience. You will upload story-ready footage to the shared content bank regularly and be proactive in spotting Instagrammable moments before they happen. As a people person with a good eye, you may have hosted events, worked in nightlife, or possess an instinct for good energy. Understanding Instagram culture, including trending audios, aesthetic framing, and what people love to share, is essential. You should be comfortable filming content on your phone, including Reels, Stories, and crowd shots. Being unafraid to approach guests with a smile and suggest tagging moments is key. Knowledge of basic editing tools like InShot, CapCut, Canva is a bonus. Joining this role will allow you to be part of one of the most exciting digital-first hospitality projects in Pune.
