We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees and should maintain a welcoming and efficient front office environment. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
