Vendor Sustainability Manager

As a Sustainability Analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Mapping, analysis, and monitoring of sustainability parameters of suppliers. - Developing emission reduction projects at suppliers. - Managing conflict minerals reporting. - Providing training to suppliers on sustainability requirements. - Preparing accurate and timely sustainability reports. - Creating top management reports for KPI tracking of sustainability parameters. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies: Behavioural & Soft Skills: - Ability to maintain a result-oriented approach with attention to details. - Being a team player with negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills. - Willingness to learn and highly adaptable to changing environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good analytical, logical reasoning, and presentation skills. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Carbon accounting principles and GHG protocol corporate standards. - Deep understanding of Renewable Energy policies across the country. - Knowledge of Net Zero & Science Based Targets (SBTi). - Understanding of Carbon credit & Offset market basics. - Familiarity with Life Cycle Assessment & Circular economy principles. - Knowledge of Environmental compliances such as EPR. - Experience in Conflict Minerals Reporting. - Understanding of sustainability framework & deliverables in Supply Chain. - Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks such as BRSR, GRI. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. - Desirable knowledge of Power BI.
