Working closely with inventory and production teams to align material procurement requirements with production forecasts and demand. Maintaining accurate records of purchased materials, purchase orders, inventory, delivery notes, invoices, and contracts. Requirements include conducting regular audits and inventory checks, establishing strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers, evaluating and reporting supplier performance, and resolving material-related issues to ensure continuous production flow. Facilitating documentation requirements for material transportation insurance, declarations, eway bills, taxes, and other levies. Expectations entail engaging with manufacturers and suppliers for procurement within and outside Kerala, fluency in English and Hindi, and preferably a business educational background.
