Job Role:

Vendor Master Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Vendor Master Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, vendor relations, and process improvement. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of vendor master data and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate vendor information.
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Develop and implement governance policies and procedures for vendor data.
Support onboarding of new vendors, including data entry and verification.
Provide training and support to internal teams on vendor management processes.
Analyse vendor performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Support compliance initiatives related to vendor data and privacy.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in vendor master data management or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Oracle MDM, SAP MDM, Azure).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of data governance best practices is a plus.
