Job Description

As a Vendor Management Representative, you will manage vendor relationships, review performance, conduct satisfaction surveys, and recommend improvements. You will play a crucial role in identifying work for transition to vendors, coordinating key projects, adhering to SLAs, and ensuring high performance delivery and contract compliance. Your responsibilities include independently performing and becoming a subject matter expert, actively participating in team discussions, providing solutions to work-related problems, coordinating with vendors for timely service delivery, reviewing vendor performance, conducting satisfaction surveys, and identifying areas for work transition. You must have proficiency in Oracle Procurement, a strong understanding of vendor management processes, experience in contract compliance and SLA adherence, and knowledge of procurement best practices. It is desirable to have experience with vendor management software. The candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Procurement and hold a 15 years full-time education qualification. This position is based in our Bengaluru office.,
