Vendor Management Representative

As a Vendor Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, reviewing performance, conducting satisfaction surveys, and recommending improvements. Your role will involve identifying work for transition to vendors, coordinating key projects, adhering to SLAs, and ensuring high performance delivery and contract compliance. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong vendor partnerships and ensuring operational efficiency. You are expected to perform independently and become subject matter expert (SME) in vendor management. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, reviewing vendor performance, and providing feedback for improvement. Additionally, conducting satisfaction surveys to gauge vendor performance, identifying areas for work transition to vendors, and recommending improvements in vendor management processes are key aspects of your role. In terms of professional and technical skills, proficiency in Oracle Procurement is a must-have. You should have a strong understanding of vendor management processes, experience in contract compliance and SLA adherence, and knowledge of procurement best practices. Experience with vendor management software is considered a good-to-have skill. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Procurement.
