Designation: Sr. Analyst/ Consultant Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle ERP & Allocation L2 & L3 Support Engineer who responsible for providing advanced technical support for Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and allocation processes within an organization. This role focuses on troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing the performance of Oracle ERP modules and allocation solutions, particularly in retail environments. The L2 & L3 Support Engineer works closely with internal business teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation and integration of the ERP system and allocation processes. The position requires both technical expertise in Oracle ERP, including modules like Oracle Procurement, Oracle Inventory, Financials, as well as a strong understanding of retail allocation systems. Minimum of 3+ years in IT, with at least 2+ years of experience Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for Oracle ERP & & Allocation modules.

Overall, 8 to 15 Yearsexperience with 6+ years Consulting/ Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion ERP application. Expertise in Fusion Procurement, Inventory Costing suite of applications. Thorough understanding of these modules, related processes and practices. Should be able to map business requirements to Oracle processes, perform fit-gap analysis and design solution. Experience and knowledge of other Oracle SCM modules (PLM / Manufacturing / Order Management / Planning) will be an added advantage Minimum 2 End to End Implementation experience in Oracle ERP. Excellent Communication Client Handling skills. Should be ready to travel onsite on Short/Long term assignments. Must be a graduate, and domain/industry experience will be an added advantage. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities An experienced consulting professional who has understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead / module architect on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects.8-15 years of experience relevant to this position including 6 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
