Vending Machine Technician

As a Vending Machine Technician in our Operations/Technical Services department, you will be responsible for the installation, setup, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of vending machines at client sites. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring all components are correctly set up, conducting scheduled preventive maintenance, identifying and resolving faults in mechanical parts, electrical components, and digital systems, refilling vending machines, maintaining accurate logs of maintenance tasks, and adhering to hygiene, safety, and brand quality guidelines. To excel in this role, you should have an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or equivalent, along with 2 years of experience in technical service roles. Prior experience with vending machines, AC units, refrigerators, or coffee/water purifier machines is highly preferred. Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Forms for reporting and documentation is also required. Key skills for this role include electronics/mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, working knowledge of sensors, motors, control panels, record-keeping and technical documentation, basic computer literacy, good communication, customer service, and willingness to travel for field service.
