You should have prior experience in the Hub Operations dispatching process, Vehicle on-boarding, Vendor management, dealing with Clients for Company Profiling Services, and converting them to leads. The operations team is responsible for executing daily operations and ensuring timely delivery of consignments to customers. You will manage resources like infrastructure, labor, and plan daily operations in terms of receiving, order building, and dispatching to maintain a seamless supply chain system at Navata SCS. As a Hub Operations Manager, your responsibilities include developing and executing strategies, planning and directing business activities and operations, ensuring effective implementation of SOP with zero deviations, identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities, managing customer relationships, overseeing staff recruitment, training, and development, collaborating with freight and transportation companies for routes and rates, and demonstrating a growth-oriented and accountable mindset with a high-level vision and attention to execution details. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule may involve day shifts and rotational shifts. Manage mileage and fuel costs, ensuring cost-efficiency and budget adherence. Prepare detailed cost analysis reports to monitor expenses and identify areas for optimization. Generate MIS reports related to logistics activities, costs, and transporter performance. Liaise effectively with field teams, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
