Role & responsibilities Operations Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily logistics operations. Coordinating transportation activities, ensuring material safety, and maintaining accurate records. Supervising the logistics team, optimising supply chain processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. MIS & Reports Creation of monthly MIS Reports including but not limited to Vehicle / Driver Performance. Cost Efficiency, Budget Tracking. Analysis and improvement on vehicle utilization & Profitability metrics. Operations Efficiency Assess the current processes and suggest/implement process to enhance the operations efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Education Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply chain management, Business Administration. Experience: 0-2 years work Experience in logistics management, transportation coordination, and supply chain optimisation. Experience in liquid/chemical logistics (ISO tanks preferred) Knowledge of Material Safety, Security Protocols & Industry Regulations. Strong Leadership, Team Management & Communication Skills. Strong MS Excel and ability to generate performance Report & Insights. Relative Experience in Transport or Logistics industry is preferred.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the safety of employees, assets, and operations by implementing strict security protocols. The selected candidate will report to the Corporate Security Officer and will manage plant-level security, emergency response, and compliance measures during the general shift. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage gate security, including access control, visitor management, and employee entry. Oversee material movement security, ensuring proper checks for incoming and outgoing goods. Ensure fire safety compliance, including maintenance of firefighting equipment and conducting emergency drills. Monitor and regulate vehicle movement within and outside the plant premises. Manage and issue different types of security passes for employees, visitors, and contractors. CCTV surveillance monitoring to prevent security breaches and unauthorized access. Implement security policies and SOPs to maintain safety and compliance. Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and investigations of incidents. Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency response teams, and external agencies when necessary. Train and supervise security guards to ensure professionalism and operational efficiency. Requirements: Retired Army personnel with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the security field after retirement. Graduation is mandatory. Strong knowledge of plant security operations, fire safety, material movement, and access control. Experience in CCTV surveillance and security system management. Ability to handle emergency situations and crisis response. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory for effective communication with local authorities and plant staff.
