Key Responsibilities: - Execute 150+ Point Comprehensive Inspections of used vehicles (engine, chassis, electrical, bodywork) following Carboy.in's rigorous checklist. - Conduct thorough New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure manufacturers" standards are met before customer handover. - Perform comprehensive on-road test drives to evaluate vehicle dynamics and performance under real-world conditions. - Document all findings in real-time via structured digital reports, supported by high-quality photographs and actionable recommendations. - Work closely with the Operations team to maintain inspection quality, efficiency, and timely report delivery. - Uphold Carboy.in's uncompromising standards of transparency, integrity, and ethical service. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Diploma (Polytechnic) or B.E. in Automotive, Mechanical or an equivalent ITI certification. - Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, diagnosis, or maintenance (1-3 years preferred). - Technical Expertise: Strong diagnostic understanding of modern and legacy automotive systems, components, and maintenance protocols. - Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear customer interaction and report generation. - Attributes: High attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule efficiently. - Bonus: Certification in automotive inspection (e.g., ASE or recognized local equivalent) or experience with advanced diagnostic tools is a significant plus.
