Description
As a Vehicle Inspector at Inspekt AI, you will play a crucial role in transforming automotive inspections using AI-powered tools and standardized checklists. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections using the Inspekt AI app and SOPs covering exterior, interior, tyres, brakes & suspension, engine bay, underbody, lighting, and electronics. - Verifying documents such as RC, insurance, NOC, PUC, chassis/VIN, odometer consistency, and service history. - Utilizing tools like OBD-II scanner, colour meter/paint thickness gauge, tyre tread depth gauge, and borescope as necessary. - Capturing high-quality photos/videos and evidence in line with checklist standards. - Generating clear, accurate digital reports with repair recommendations and prioritization. - Explaining findings to customers in a simple and professional manner, addressing their queries. - Coordinating test drives when applicable and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. - Maintaining and calibrating tools, ensuring data integrity, and delivering reports on time. - Collaborating with franchise partners, dealers, and OEM/marketplace partners as required. Qualifications Required: - Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC). Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical is a plus. - Language: Fluent in English and local language (Hindi and/or Kannada preferred). - Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with smartphone apps, cloud drives, and chat tools; quick learner with new devices. - Automobile Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic vehicle systems and common faults. - Licenses: Valid two-wheeler license required; four-wheeler license preferred. - Mobility: Willingness to travel within the city; flexibility to work weekends/peak hours on rotation. - Professional Traits: Strong observation skills, integrity, time management, and customer handling.
