About the Company:

RVS Moto Hub is a premium and luxury car service center located in Trivandrum, Kerala. We specialize in multi-brand car care with advanced diagnostics, quality service, and a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical and operational In-charge for vehicles arriving at the workshop.
• Thoroughly identify vehicle complaints and provide accurate technical diagnoses.
• Recommend appropriate repairs, spare parts, and service actions for both minor and major issues.
• Ensure work quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient job card closures.
• Coordinate with Floor Supervisor and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Guide and develop the team of technicians by conducting regular training and up-skilling sessions.
• Handle escalated issues and ensure timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in a multi-brand or premium car workshop.
• Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic systems.
• Ability to clearly communicate complaints, solutions, and technical decisions to both customers and service team.
• In-depth understanding of luxury brand vehicles like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, etc.
• Capable of building and maintaining a technically strong team.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and service manuals.

Preferred Qualities:

• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor junior technicians.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Malayalam preferred).
• High attention to detail, quality assurance, and time management.
• Good problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (based on skill and experience)
