In this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Creating highly detailed and visually appealing 3D vehicle models, textures, and materials. - Collaborating with designers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of vehicles into the game engine. - Optimizing vehicle assets for performance without compromising on visual quality. - Staying updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance the realism of vehicle art. - Mentoring and guiding junior artists to foster a culture of continuous improvement. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in vehicle modeling and texturing. - Extensive experience with industry-standard 3D modeling software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender. - Proficiency in creating realistic materials and textures using tools like Substance Painter. - A solid understanding of vehicle design principles, anatomy, and mechanical systems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
