Sales, Parts, Service, and Customers

to ensure customized vehicles are completed correctly, on time, and ready to sell.

What You'll Do

Customer & Sales Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers purchasing accessories or customizations
• Recommend accessory packages based on customer needs, trends, and vehicle compatibility
• Prepare accessory quotes, explain pricing, and obtain approvals
• Follow up after installation to ensure a great customer experience
  

Accessory Ordering & Inventory

• Order accessories for retail customers and pre-stocked inventory
• Track orders, deliveries, and installation readiness
• Partner with the Parts Department to ensure accuracy and timely availability
• Monitor what accessories sell best and help guide future pre-stock decisions
  

Scheduling & Coordination

• Build and manage installation schedules with Service and True South Customs installers
• Communicate clearly with Sales Managers on vehicle status and completion timelines
• Proactively identify and resolve delays before they become issues
  

Lot Readiness & Custom Inventory

• Maintain a steady pipeline of accessorized vehicles ready for sale
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on which models and trims should be customized
• Track days-to-market and adjust strategies for faster turn times
