What You’ll Do Customer & Sales Support Serve as the primary point of contact for customers purchasing accessories or customizations Recommend accessory packages based on customer needs, trends, and vehicle compatibility Prepare accessory quotes, explain pricing, and obtain approvals Follow up after installation to ensure a great customer experience Accessory Ordering & Inventory Order accessories for retail customers and pre-stocked inventory Track orders, deliveries, and installation readiness Partner with the Parts Department to ensure accuracy and timely availability Monitor what accessories sell best and help guide future pre-stock decisions Scheduling & Coordination Build and manage installation schedules with Service and True South Customs installers Communicate clearly with Sales Managers on vehicle status and completion timelines Proactively identify and resolve delays before they become issues Lot Readiness & Custom Inventory Maintain a steady pipeline of accessorized vehicles ready for sale Collaborate with Sales leadership on which models and trims should be customized Track days-to-market and adjust strategies for faster turn times Who This Role Is Perfect For Someone with automotive, parts, service advising, sales support, or project coordination experience A strong communicator who builds relationships easily An organized multitasker who enjoys juggling multiple projects A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through Someone comfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and dealership systems Bonus points if you enjoy trends, customization, or helping vehicles stand out visually.
