We are an educational firm looking for a creative and responsible Part-Time Video Editor to edit and enhance our educational video content. The candidate will work closely with our academic and content team to produce high-quality videos for students, social media platforms, and online courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit educational videos (lectures, explainer videos, reels, shorts, and promotional videos)
• Cut, trim, and arrange video footage as per content requirements
• Add text, subtitles, transitions, images, and basic animations
• Sync audio, remove background noise, and enhance sound quality
• Maintain consistent video style and branding
• Export videos in required formats for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
• Make revisions based on feedback from the team
• Ensure timely delivery of edited videos

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing
• Proficiency in any video editing software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• Filmora (or similar tools)
• Davinci resolve
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and captions
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Prior experience in educational or social media video editing is a plus
