Your role will involve continuous learning, collaboration with experienced engineers, and providing world-class support to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Learn VMware by Broadcom vSphere technology to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues - Upskill on support processes and products to work effectively as part of a global team - Engage with engineering teams to resolve escalated issues and provide value to customers - Develop and progress in different product lines and technologies within the company's portfolio - Create and update knowledge articles for global circulation based on resolved issues - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customers can effectively use the technology **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of industry experience in Virtualization domain - Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Flexibility to work Fri-Tues and in different shifts, including PST,
