Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 10 plus years of experience in embedded systems development in Wi-Fi router design or related fields. Understanding of IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac protocols. Wi-Fi Standards & Protocols: Understanding of Wi-Fi standards (Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7) and the ability to apply these standards in real-world applications. Embedded Firmware: Experience in embedded systems programming and firmware development using C/C , with a focus on network drivers, low-level system control, and performance optimization. Networking: In-depth knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, and IP routing. Hardware Design: Familiarity with hardware platforms (e.g., Broadcom, Qualcomm, MediaTek), RF design principles, and experience with hardware debugging tools like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers. Wi-Fi Performance Optimization: Proven track record of optimizing Wi-Fi performance (range, speed, interference mitigation) in real-world environments.
