Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled VB.NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications using Microsoft Visual Basic and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, an understanding of software engineering principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using VB.NET, ASP.NET, and Microsoft Visual Basic.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
Provide support for existing applications and resolve technical issues promptly.
Manage source code using version control tools (e.g., Git, TFS).
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Participate in operational management, performance management, and team reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

VB.NET, Microsoft Visual Basic
ASP.NET, ADO.NET
SQL Server and relational database design
High-level programming languages and software development best practices
