Sales Representative - Organic Incense Sticks (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) We're looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Sales Representative to introduce our new line of chemical-free incense sticks – VATSI Natural Dhoop to organic food retailers across Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and Thane . In this role, you'll be instrumental in establishing our brand presence and driving sales within this niche market. Responsibilities: Market Penetration: Identify and visit organic food stores, health food shops, and other relevant retailers within the assigned territory (Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Thane) to introduce our chemical-free incense sticks. Product Presentation: Effectively present the unique selling propositions of our chemical-free incense sticks, highlighting their benefits, quality, and alignment with the organic consumer market. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers to secure initial product placement. Sales & Negotiation: Persuade retailers to stock our products, negotiate favorable terms, and secure initial orders. Follow-up & Replenishment: Conduct regular follow-ups with retailers to monitor sales performance, address any concerns, and ensure timely replenishment of stock. Market Feedback: Gather feedback from retailers regarding product performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform future sales and marketing strategies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG, organic products, or retail sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with the retail landscape of Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and Thane is a plus.
