System and Network Administrator
Key Responsibilities: System & Network Administration: Provide Level 3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments. Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Perform system performance tuning, security patching, and update management. Monitor server health, analyse logs, and resolve issues proactively. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, network latency, packet loss, and internet outages. Apply and manage network security controls such as ACLs and firewall rules. Work with ISPs and vendors for connectivity and service escalations. Conduct network capacity planning, upgrades, and performance optimization. Ensure high availability, data protection, and uptime of infrastructure. Enforce network and endpoint security best practices and compliance standards. Required Skills & Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in system and network administration. Strong expertise in Windows Server environments. Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Proficient in managing firewalls (e.g., FortiGate, Sophos). Familiar with infrastructure monitoring tools. Experience with backup and recovery tools and strategies. Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and routing protocols. Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong documentation and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment . Must be comfortable interacting with users in Telugu, Hindi, and English . Willingness to provide after-hours or on-call support when required.
