Key Responsibilities Court & Facility Management Oversee daily court operations, including cleanliness, setup, and readiness of courts. Ensure all sports equipment (paddles, balls, nets, etc.) is available, maintained, and organized. Coordinate with maintenance staff/vendors for timely repairs and upkeep. Customer Experience & Bookings Manage player bookings through Playo and walk-in customers. Greet players, explain arena policies, and ensure a smooth experience. Handle cash/digital payments and maintain accurate records. Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly. Events & Programs Support organizing open play sessions, leagues, tournaments, and coaching programs. Coordinate with coaches, mentors, and pro players for smooth execution. Assist with school/NGO programs and corporate events. Marketing & Community Engagement Capture photos/videos of games, events, and community sessions for social media. Share updates with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and programs. Help build a fun, inclusive, and welcoming community for players. Finance & Reporting Track daily/weekly bookings, revenues, and expenses. Generate reports on occupancy, customer trends, and revenue performance. Highlight operational risks/issues to management. RequirementsPassion for sports (Pickleball/Tennis/Badminton background is a plus). 1–3 years of experience in operations, sports management, or hospitality. Strong communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi a bonus). Comfortable using booking apps, basic MS Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to manage both people and processes independently.
