This position is responsible for supporting Sales Compensation application. The candidate will be required to team with business and IT associates to support the application. They work closely with BAs, Architects and other stakeholders to define root cause analysis and provide integrated solutions based upon customized computer architecture and applications. They apply their expertise to improve business processes and support critical business strategies, as they seek out opportunities to educate customers in the strategic use of technology.
Candidate should have knowledge on sales incentives, compensation plans, plan to pay cycle, commissions, Draw, accelerator and Quota/Target
Requirements:
• 2 + years IT Experience• Sales Incentive Compensation Management (SPM) business processes knowledge• Configure Varicent ICM software applications• Design, implement and maintain the Varicent model• Build reports Varicent for incentive compensation business metrics• Update the Varicent model for changes in compensation plans• Work with the HR, Finance and Sales Operations teams to ensure smooth communication• Very good knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts• Audit / Validate incentive compensation plans and rules reflected in payout calculations• Assist with monthly payout processing• Assist with all aspects of incentive compensation technology• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking• Experience in defining, leading and executing IT testing plans• Lead virtual project teams• Experience in Software project development lifecycle (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)• Ability to create quick solution concepts, prototypes to visualize solution being proposed• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /MCA
