With a strong focus on compliance, governance, and growth, we are expanding our finance team and seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to handle accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance support. Role Overview The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, finalization of accounts, statutory compliance, and supporting financial management for the organization. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Finalize accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in compliance with accounting standards. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory obligations. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ensure proper vendor and client reconciliations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Provide support for BSE-related financial disclosures and compliance reporting. Implement internal controls and improve financial processes. Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter preferred. Minimum 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience (experience with NBFCs or listed companies will be an added advantage). Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and other tax laws. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or other ERP systems) and MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
