Value Advisor | Deal Desk Specialist

In your role as a Field Business Support (FBS) Specialist at SAP, you will be responsible for the execution of the end-to-end deal operational process for specific deal motions. The FBS Team, a central team acting as a deal support center for SAP Account Executives in the region, assists and processes deals within the SAP CRM/Harmony system. Working alongside more than 50 team members across market units in APAC, you will guide deals through the quote-to-booking process, contributing to SAP's revenue growth and profitability by processing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the end-to-end deal operational process for specific deal motions - Act as a deal support center for SAP Account Executives in the region - Assist and process deals within the SAP CRM/Harmony system - Guide deals through the quote-to-booking process - Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to contribute to SAP's revenue growth and profitability Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales operations or CRM systems preferred - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Knowledge of ERP systems, cloud technologies, and SAP is a plus At SAP, we help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
