Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vacuum Heat Treatment Supervisor located in Chennai. The Vacuum Heat Treatment Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the vacuum heat treatment process, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and manage the team effectively. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising the treatment process, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all procedures are executed meticulously to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Technical knowledge of vacuum heat treatment processes and equipment maintenance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field is preferred
