Key Responsibilities :

Order Coordination:

• Receive and process customer orders as per internal procedures.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and production teams for order scheduling.
• Ensure orders are accurately entered in the system (Tally/ERP).

Store Management:

• Maintain inward and outward material records.
• Monitor stock levels and inform for replenishment.
• Ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Handle material receipts, stacking, and proper labeling.

Dispatch Coordination:

• Plan daily/weekly dispatches based on order priority and availability.
• Prepare dispatch documents (challans, invoices, e-way bills, gate pass, etc.)
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Track and follow up on deliveries until completion.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and dispatch logs.
• Generate daily/weekly MIS reports for management review.
• Assist in internal audits, reconciliations, and inventory checks.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience in stores and dispatch operations
• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good understanding of transport, e-way bill, and logistics documentation
• Time management and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
